Bathroom remodel

Master bathroom, gutted and rebuilt.

The old shower and floor came out down to the studs and subfloor. A new shower pan went in, the shower walls were waterproofed before a single tile went up, then large-format gray wall tile with a marble niche, a marble-look porcelain floor through the room, a freestanding tub and a glass corner shower.

Hall bathroom: tub out, shower in.

The old tub and surround came out, the floor was opened up to move the plumbing, and the new shower was waterproofed and tiled floor to ceiling. Marble-look tile runs across the whole floor, finished with a sliding glass door.

Kitchen

New backsplash, refinished oak.

One house, two jobs. The dark glass mosaic backsplash was replaced with a white marble-look tile, and the oak floors through the kitchen were sanded back to bare wood and refinished.
